The diplomatic representatives also condemned the use of these missiles and ammunition against Ukraine.
Furthermore, they noted that any training of North Korean soldiers in the use of ballistic missiles or other weapons would constitute a direct violation of UN Security Council resolutions 1718, 1874 and 2270 and expressed concern about the possible transfer of Russian missile technology.
