(gma). The air pistol shooters in the Vogelsberg shooting district are getting going. Compared to competition number one, an increase in performance can be noted. Two teams in the district league cracked the 1,400 mark, and two shooters, Mirko Mehrmann (374) from SV Eifa and Alexander Decher (372) from SG Homberg, shot more than 370 rings.
District league air pistol: With Eifa and Wallenrod, two teams still have a clean slate. Eifa was successful with 4:1 (1408:1387) against Lanzenhain, Wallenrod stole the points from Stumpertenrod with 3:2 (1388:1378). Heidelbach is back with the best performance of the day of 1418 rings. The guests had no chance in the 4-1 win against Storndorf (1343). Eifa’s Mirco Mehrmann was clearly the best individual shooter with his 374 rings, ahead of Heidelbach’s Dietmar Hermann (361).
1. Thorough: Only Herbstein can boast an account with no loss points. Herbstein (1386) also won the second competition against Salz (1361) 4:1. Behind them are four teams with 2:2 points each. Meiches is currently in second place after the dominant 5-0 (1344:1205) against Lauterbach. Hopfgarten (1304) also won 4-1 over Hartershausen (1246). At the top of the leaderboard is Mario Weber (Salz) with 365 rings, ahead of Herbsteiner Florian Gies (359).
2. Thorough: With Stumpertenrod 2, the non-competitive team from the first competition entered the round. And they managed a 4-1 win against Meiches 2 (1294) with the best performance of the day of 1336 rings. Homberg (1309) won against Heidelbach 2 (1266) 3:2. Alexander Decher (Homberg) was the best individual shooter with a very good 372 rings, ahead of Reimund Herget (Meiches, 342).
Basic class A1: The two winners of the first day of competition are the winners again. Lanzenhain 2 defeated Grebenau 4:1 (1310:1246), Feldkrücken (1278) was clearly victorious at Meiches 3 (1156) with 5:0. Matthias Herzog (349) and Rico Möller (337) from SV Lanzenhain lead the list of the best.
