🔸Permanent contract – full time – starting position as soon as possible🔸
Main missions:
- Managing a team : Supervise and supervise rehabilitation staff, ensuring the distribution of tasks and the organization of schedules.
- Care coordination : Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and different services to ensure comprehensive and consistent patient care.
- Participate in the development of the establishment medical project : contribute to the construction of the rehabilitation project in line with the needs of the territory, patients, recommendations, with a perspective of continuous development and innovation.
- Monitoring and evaluation of results : Establish medical project monitoring indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of care and the efficiency of organizations.
- Training and professional development : Support the team in their skills development and development, training management, trial period interviews, professional interviews, HR management of the team in conjunction with the HR department (recruitment, training, etc.).
- Resource management : Ensure effective management of equipment and material resources necessary for rehabilitation.
- Regulatory and quality monitoring : Ensure that practices within the service comply with current standards and recommendations and promote a quality approach to care.

- Solid knowledge in physiotherapy and rehabilitation, with an ability to assess and treat various pathologies
- Ability to supervise and motivate a multidisciplinary team, manage conflicts and promote cohesion
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families and other healthcare professionals
- Ability to develop and implement care and rehabilitation plans, taking into account priorities and emergencies
- Ability to assess complex situations and make informed decisions for the well-being of patients and the effectiveness of care
- Ability to train and support team members in their professional development
- Knowledge of health standards and regulations, as well as quality approaches to guarantee optimal care
Working conditions and environment 🥼
You will join a large rehabilitation team, made up of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychomotor therapists, dietitians, speech therapists, EAPA (M/F).
The service has a technical platform, a balneotherapy area, a therapeutic kitchen and six main sectors (neurology, cardiology, pulmonology, geriatrics, oncology, pediatrics) organized in two modes of hospitalization HC and HDJ.
You will work in pairs with another executive currently in post, and a planning secretary with a scope of 85 employees. You will intervene within the framework of a reorganization and for the optimization of the service and will work in close collaboration with the medical management.
