6 tips to slow down skin aging, according to a doctor of biology

Tip #1: Try Intermittent Fasting

Intermittent fasting is not only effective for weight management, it also helps with overall health and longevity, making it an essential anti-aging biohack. This practice focuses less on the quality of food and more on the timing of eating. A common practice is the 16/8 method, which involves eating all meals within 8 hours and fasting for the remaining 6 hours, while staying hydrated (water to which you can add a squeeze of lemon and mineral salt). . The benefits: better glucose regulation and resistance to stress, reduced inflammation and reduction of free radicals. It also promotes metabolic health by generating more mitochondria. Intermittent fasting is one of the best diets that promote autophagy, a cellular cleaning process.

Tip #2: Test facial tools
