The 2025 movement of teachers and educators and national educational psychologists

The management guidelines related to the movement of educational workers in French Polynesia were published in the JOPF on July 23, 2021, and take into account the specific characteristics of the country. They determine each year the general direction of the transfer policy for educators in French Polynesia and define the procedures for managing individual transfer requests.

The transfer and assignments of employees made within the framework of the transfer correspond to the guidelines set out in the management guidelines that lead to guaranteeing both the satisfaction of transfer wishes individuality and equitable distribution of human resources throughout the territory of Polynesia.

• Internal mobility of teachers, education workers and national educational psychologists

This applies to tenured workers already based in French Polynesia who meet the conditions to participate (2 years of status in the current position, temporary assignment, under the influence of a school permit degree, reinstatement after a period of availability, loan, etc.)

• read carefully the circular n ° 49996/MEE/DGEE/DRHE/BRH2 from November 4, 2024 and take into account the activity schedule of the internal movement;
• prepare supporting documents in advance according to your situation and scan them into PDF format;

Office of teachers 2^d degree provides a personalized assistance and advice service dedicated to the transfer process from Tuesday November 5, 2024 to November 27, 2024 at noon:

• By phone at: 40 470 534 or 40 470 539 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

It is important to provide a mobile phone number to facilitate conversations and advice.

Period for entering the application and wishes to move in: from November 5 to November 27, 2024 inclusive.

PLEASE NOTE: After November 27th, no waiver will be granted to complete your transfer request online. Any transfer request received by the DGEE in any other manner will not be entertained.

FROM THE END OF THE OLD TESTAMENT : Confirmation of your transfer request until December 9, 2024, a strict date.

At the latest November 28, 2024participants in the transfer will receive an email informing them of the opening of the confirmation phase of their transfer request.

SHOW YOUR TEAM : from January 29, 2025 to February 5, 2025

As soon as the scale display level opens, each participant connects to the transfer application to check their scale.

Agents will have until February 5, 2025 to submit their scale correction request, the date on which the scale is definitively established for transfer operations.

Consultation on results: March 19, 2025

The final results of the movement will be available individually at the request of the movement from Wednesday March 19, 2025.

All participants will receive an email with information about the distribution of the results and must link to the transfer application and follow the instructions described in the memorandum of November 4, 2024.

After the results are released, employees can file an administrative appeal when they do not receive a transfer or when they expect to receive an assignment, they will be transferred to a position they did not request.

• Supply of teachers and educators and national educational psychologists to French Polynesia – Back to school in August 2025

The ministerial memorandum related to solar in French Polynesia on September 27, 2024 was published in BOEN n ° 41 on October 31, 2024.

This applies to tenured staff currently working in other academies (Mainland, other COM, foreign, AEFE) as well as trainees who wish to apply for assignment there the French Polynesia through loan.
