It’s been 10 years since I released my first album.
Over the past 10 years, I have been moved many times over the past 10 years, especially by how many people have sympathized with and enjoyed Night Time.
We received a lot of remix entries for the Surf Music competition, and listening to each song was a really great time. We are truly honored to have such great artists participate in the remix on this memorable occasion.
I’m really excited to be able to share a few songs with you, including a remix of the winner Bad Milk!
We also newly mixed the entire album for Apple Spatial Audio! Please listen to it on Apple Music.
I would be happy if you could feel a different side to me from the new three-dimensional mix. Let’s celebrate this 10th anniversary together!
Creator/Bad Milk comment
When I first heard “Night Time”, I felt nostalgic for The fin.’s typical indie sound and vocals. I’m good at dance and house music, so when working on a remix, I thought it would work well to make the song bold and fast-paced, adding a strong drum beat and elements of jazz, funk, and disco that are common in J-Pop. I felt it.
In this day and age where more music is being created than ever before, I’m really happy to be able to easily connect with artists on the other side of the world and create a piece together. It’s especially difficult to make horizontal connections, so having SURF Music, a platform that provides a place for connections and a system where everyone can participate, allows me to spend more time creating my own music. I am.

Her silky and smooth beautiful voice blends with a unique floating feeling and mellow sound, creating a dreamy and dreamy mood. The music is centered around indie and psych-pop, with a soft and mellow sound that blends soul, funk, and jazz, giving the listener peace of mind. Coupled with Yuto’s introspective yet empowering world view of his lyrics, which affirm the fear of growth and change, The fin.’s unique musical world of aesthetics is expanding.
They have performed live in the UK, America, Europe, and Asia, and have appeared at festivals such as FUJI ROCK, Summer Sonic, SXSW, The Great Escape, and MaMA.
