San José Iturbide, Guanajuato.- Edgar Manuel Montes de la Vega, municipal presidentreported that criminal lawsuits will be filed against former public servants of the previous administration and previous administrations, since they are involved in ‘terrible’ acts of corruption.
He added that different observations have already been received, which will be sent to the Municipal Comptroller’s Office, as well as to the higher Government Supervision entity and the Higher Audit Office.
He highlighted that there are criminal lawsuits against the previous administration and the others. He assured that the complaints are necessary, therefore, they have to set a precedent to disqualify public servants who have been ‘very’ corrupt, well, this cannot continue that way.
Mayor Edgar Manuel Montes announced criminal lawsuits against former officials for corruption in multiple areas and diversion of resources.
“I am not lying to anyone, I am a clear and transparent person and I know the issues and this has criminal, jail, or disqualification consequences against these bad servants and liars, I am not going to stop this,” he mentioned. Mayor Iturbidense.
Furthermore, he added that there is already a diagnosis of the delivery-reception process, and what the previous administration mentioned so much is a lie.
Well, if there is a resource (Public Security) but the cameras do not appear, none are installed on Federal Highway 57, so ‘everything’ was a play, which will be demonstrated to citizens with evidence both in documentary, and also with the respective complaint.
“Practically in all areas there was terrible corruption, I will not get ahead of myself, but I will present the number of investigations before the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office of the agencies that are involved, because there are several,” he indicated.
Which – he stressed – were those that made improper use of resources, diverted resources and even some with embezzlement, he concluded.
