Along the state road 18Var “Cilentana” the complementary intervention on the ‘Acquarulo’ viaduct located at km 141.900 a Ceraso. The work had already been affected by a main intervention (which took place between the months of January and March) in correspondence with the pulvinus of pile 5, following a lesion found by the construction staff Anas in carrying out the usual surveillance activities.
The interventions
The works – which require the activation of the one-way alternating between the Ceraso and Ceraso junctions Futani until the end of the month, from Monday to Friday – will consist of the replacement of the supports, the completion of the protective painting, the creation of a new expansion joint, the waterproofing, new flooring activities and the installation of a permanent monitoring system, which will allow the behavior of the work to be observed over time. This monitoring is also part of the broader program of digitalisation of infrastructures for their management, thanks to the implementation of new technologies.
