Rosen Plevneliev is convinced that the Central Election Commission will handle the organization of both the local vote and the national poll.
I see broad political agreement for a national poll. That excites me, that makes me happy. There is broad agreement on the date for the elections. I have the constitutional right and I can point out, but I want to do it, not because of the constitutional right of the president, but I want to do it together with the political forces represented in the parliament. A few more hours and everything will crystallize.
