【Notes】
- Free seats for elementary school students and under require the purchase of a “Free Ticket.”
- One preschooler who does not need a seat and can watch the game on his/her lap will be admitted free of charge per adult.
- Both home and visiting supporters may sit in any section. The visiting team’s uniforms and other merchandise may be worn in all areas of the stadium.
- Japan Football Supporters’ Association and Japan Football Referees Association members who bring their membership cards on the day will be able to exchange their tickets for “Home Stand Seats” and “Visitor Stand Seats.”
- Other ticket types may be made available for sale at a later date.
- Parking tickets will not be sold.
Rules and Precautions
1. The following conduct is prohibited at Criacao Shinjuku home games:
Specific examples include (but are not limited to) the following:
(i) The use of drums, musical instruments, loudspeakers, etc. by any organization other than those that have received prior approval from the Club (except when cheering for the visiting team in the visitor’s area).
(ii) Any action that interferes with active support activities planned and staged by the Club
(iii) Distribution of lyric cards, flyers, etc. by groups other than those that have received prior approval from the Club
(iv) In addition to (i) through (iii) above, acts that interfere with the Club’s efforts to create an environment conducive to attendees’ enjoyment of the match
(v) Disrupting the order in the stadium
(vi) Behavior that is not respectful, such as abusive or defamatory language toward referees, players, opposing team supporters, or other people involved in the operation of the match
(vii) In addition to the above, acts prohibited under the match management regulations set forth by the Japan Football Association
2. If the Company reasonably determines that an act violates the preceding paragraph, the Company will ask the customer to comply with these rules, and if the customer does not comply, the Company will ask the customer to leave the game in question or prohibit the customer from entering subsequent home games (the period of time to be determined by the company). ) or other necessary measures. In such cases, the Company will not refund the ticket price, including season tickets and half-season tickets.
3. These rules apply to all Criacao Shinjuku home games.
