Hyundai Engineering & Construction announced on the 3rd that it is applying the ‘H Series’, which incorporates cutting-edge AI technology, to the fully occupied Hillstate complex to create a differentiated residential environment.
Hyundai Engineering & Construction recently applied the ‘H Series’ to Hillstate Bongdam, located in Bongdam-eup, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do, and held an experience event for residents. The ‘H Series’ installed at Hillstate Bongdam, which completed occupancy in 2021, consists of three new items, including H Clean Farm, H Healthy Pleasure, and H Upcycling, and this is the first time they have been actually applied within the Hillstate complex.
H Clean Farm, located at 49.5㎡ in the Culture Lounge within the complex, is a smart farm that allows you to harvest crops without worrying about contaminants by applying an AI closed cultivation system that artificially controls environmental factors necessary for plant growth such as light, temperature, and humidity. It’s a farm.
The vegetables grown at Hillstate Bongdam H Clean Farm are European vegetables such as butterhead and crispiano. Residents not only receive safe and fresh food directly within the complex, but can also generate profits by selling excess vegetables.
H Healthy Pleasure to improve the health of residents was installed in the GX room in the community facility. This device, which provides customized exercise solutions through AI analysis of body shape, allows you to exercise alone without a trainer through motion recognition-based coaching. Additionally, multiple people can enjoy exercise like a game through music and video beam.
H Upcycling, which helps separate recycling, is characterized by an AI recycling robot that collects only recyclable plastic bottles, increasing the resource reuse rate. It is expected that there will be a great response from residents as points can be accumulated through the ‘Return’ app at the same time as recycling.
An official from Hyundai Engineering & Construction said, “We planned this experience opportunity with the hope that existing Hillstate residents would also be able to enjoy a healthy and comfortable living environment through the new ‘H Series’,” and added, “As it is a service provided in a community space, it will benefit all residents.” “We expect that it will contribute to improving the quality of life and revitalizing the community culture within the complex,” he said.
