Main missions:
- Assists the Seller Risk Manager and his team in the analysis and approval process for prospective or portfolio customers, interfacing with the internal functions of the factoring sector,
- Analyzes the risks of factoring or financing on prospect stock, the structure of transactions proposed by the salesperson and formulates recommendations,
- Analyzes and models the financial elements of factoring and stock financing prospects,
- Conducts research on the sector of activity and the company, visits or calls the client with the Sales Engineer, carries out various checks, analyzes the financial situation of the client, structures and models the financial aspects of the transaction,
- Reports on its analyzes and draws up its recommendations in the file to be presented,
- Remains involved in the transaction during the contract negotiation and start-up phases. Assists in obtaining appropriate agreements regarding any possible modifications subsequent to committee approval. Monitors compliance with the terms of the agreement,
- Analyzes and models the financial elements of major factoring and inventory financing prospect clients presented to the credit committee; analyzes the risks of specific factoring and provides recommendations for controlling them.
Ideally graduated with a minimum Bac +5, you ideally have at least 2 years of experience in similar missions in factoring.
You have good knowledge of accounting and/or financial analysis while being comfortable with IT and office tools.
