Today, OnePlus announced the OnePlus 13 phone in the Chinese market, which has a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and a large battery capacity, and is available at a starting price of around $631.
The OnePlus 13 phone has a 6.82-inch OLED screen, with 10-bit color depth, and the screen also supports LTPO technology with a variable refresh rate from 1 to 120 Hz for a smartphone with an A++ rating on the screen from DisplayMate.
The OnePlus 13 phone design also features layers of metal and glass similar to the company’s previous version, with a slight curvature. The screen also features built-in ultrasonic fingerprint sensor technology.
The OnePlus 13 phone also joins the main versions with the new Snapdragon 8 Elite processor from Qualcomm, and has up to 24 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and a storage capacity of 1 TB of UFS 4.0, while the main model of the phone with 1 TB of RAM. Storage capacity 12 GB and 256 GB.
OnePlus supports the phone with a cooling system with an area of 9925 mm2, which supports efficient cooling of the phone during heavy loads in games or multitasking.
In the rear camera setup, the new OnePlus phone has a 50MP Sony LYT-808 main sensor with optical stabilization, 23mm focal length and f/1.6 aperture.
The 50MP Samsung JN5 sensor has ultra-wide viewing angles and f/2.0 aperture, while the telephoto camera features a 50MP Sony LYT-600 sensor with optical stabilization, f/2.6 aperture, and supports up to to 3x optical zoom.
The OnePlus 13 phone also comes with a large battery capacity of 6000 mAh, which is a large capacity for a phone that is only 8.5 mm thick.
The phone weighs 210 grams, and is available in white, blue and obsidian colors, with a model designed in “faux” leather in black.
The OnePlus 13 is also launching in a flagship version with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, at a price of around $631.
