Now it is also known why: A new report from TMZ reveals that the details of the events remained hidden for so long because of a standardized non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Accordingly, all party guests had to sign an NDA that prohibited them from disclosing information about P. Diddy, his family, previous or current business partners or close friends. No photos or videos were allowed to be taken and distributed on social media platforms without P. Diddy’s express permission.
The strict NDA also contained clauses prohibiting the disclosure of information in interviews or through book publications without P. Diddy’s prior consent. What is remarkable is not only how comprehensive the confidentiality agreement for P.
