The 3EXP.IT event has ended, for the dissemination of Italian scientific models dedicated to the knowledge, protection and valorisation of cultural heritage, born on the impulse and stimulus of researchers Gabriele Rossi, Massimo Leserri and Fernando Errico of the Polytechnic of Bari. The stage in Argentina it took shape starting from the first half of 2024 in conjunction – with a view to integrated promotion – with the arrival in Buenos Aires of the historic Amerigo Vespucci training ship of the Italian Navy.
The initiative promoted by the Ministry of Culture, in concert with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of University and Research, with the support of the Italian Embassy in Buenos Aires and in collaboration with the local Cetral Society of Architects offered the public of Buenos Aires the opportunity to enjoy an exhibition – with over 50 panels – on the state of the art of research, survey and restoration, developed by Italian universities and superintendencies. The related exhibition, extended several times, remained scheduled at the Museum of Architecture and Design entering into the policy of promoting university training, teaching and research models of Italian schools of architecture and engineering.
It was, in fact, a system project that represented an opportunity to give life to a series of accompanying events, different in theme and recipients, with a view to developing academic and scientific collaborations between Italy and Argentina, extending them also to new scientific disciplinary sectors.
