Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump says Robert F. Kennedy Jr. will have a “big role” in health care if he is elected president of the United States. The news agency AFP reports on the matter.
– He will play a big role in health care, Trump told reporters in Michigan.
– He knows about it better than anyone else.
According to Trump, RFK has some views that he happens to agree with very strongly.
– I have been of the same opinion for a long time, Trump said.
Kennedy Jr. is known, among other things, for his criticism of vaccines, but Trump did not elaborate on what issues they agree on.
Ex-kilpakumppani
Kennedy Jr. previously ran for the US presidency as an independent candidate, but dropped his candidacy in August to support Trump.
In May, it was reported that Kennedy received a total of about 10 percent support in a survey of registered voters in six different swing states – Nevada, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin. RFK Jr. has been active on social media and has appealed especially to young supporters.
He belongs to the powerful American Kennedy family and is the nephew of the assassinated former president, John F. Kennedy. In addition, he has been skeptical about the corona pandemic and the murders of his uncle and father.
