Tereza Brodská decided to move after her son Samuel became independent and flew out of the nest. The busy apartment in the center of Prague was practical in many ways, but the actress always wanted something different. She was the first person to look at the site. The choice fell on Košíre.
Cibulka Park
When the actress discovered the beauty of Cibulka Forest Park in Kosice, she immediately fell in love with it. A romantic corner, a forest, interesting statues and remains of old buildings, a lake and the oldest observation tower in Prague. All this surprised her and she decided to look for a new home nearby. “It’s not only important to me how I live, but also where,” explained the popular actress.
Finally, the choice fell on an apartment in a new building in a residential building. She chose a 2+1 apartment available here with a beautiful terrace and a view of nature.
Designer advice
Tereza Brodská enjoyed the entire construction of her apartment and was really looking forward to the moment when she received the keys to her new kingdom. She could move in in 2020. During the construction period, she visited the apartment several times and consulted with the designer about his furniture.
She told her, among other things, that it is good to respect the rule of three colors and three types of materials when furnishing the apartment. In addition, since Tereza Brodská chose a smaller apartment, she suggested furniture in a lighter shade. “I’m a minimalist, so I agreed with everything,” said the actress.
Big windows and beautiful view
In her new apartment, the famous actress liked not only the location, which is close to her favorite forest park Cibulka, but especially the large windows. “I love natural light and it’s very blessed here,” she announced. Almost the entire wall of the rooms is made of glass.
He considers the spacious terrace to be another big plus. “I’m already looking forward to settling here. I will arrange seats and flowers on the terrace and enjoy the green view. That’s what I always wanted and now I have it.” the actress didn’t hide her enthusiasm after the ceremony to hand over the apartment.
