According to what was shared by Clara Brugada, head of Government of CDMX, the Day of the Dead Megaoffering in the Zócalo was inaugurated last October 30 at 7:00 p.m., central Mexico time, as was the lighting of the lighting decorations on the buildings surrounding the Plaza de la Constitución.

The exhibition consists of 21 pieces of cardboard of different sizes, between six to ten meters high, a monumental offering 17 meters high, with a water mirror, two trajineras and a chinampa, a marigold garden with 10 thousand plants of producers from Xochimilco, shared the capital’s Culture Secretariat.

It does not have a defined schedule because it is outdoors, access is free, however, it is scheduled to be removed on November 3, so you only have a few days to go see it.
