KCIC is offering Whoosh partial fares for the Padalarang-Tegalluar Summarecon Station route and vice versa starting 1 November 2024. Apart from facilitating the movement of people, this aims to introduce Whoosh in Greater Bandung area.
Tickets for this route will be sold for Premium Economy class with a promotion fare of IDR 50,000 for one trip in November 2024. Passengers can buy tickets up to 30 minutes before the train departure on the Whoosh application, site -web kcic.co.id, Access by KAI, Livin by Mandiri, BRImo, BNI Mobile, and Ticket Machines at stations.
At the same time, purchases through the counter at the station will be made available up to 15 minutes before departure. Whoosh tickets for the Padalarang-Tegalluar Summarecon PP route may be rescheduled or canceled according to applicable regulations.

KCIC General Manager, Corporate Secretary Eva Chairunisa, said that this new route is expected to save travel time from about 1 hour by car before to just 14 minutes by Whoosh. He said that the people of Greater Bandung now have alternative transportation that is modern, fast and traffic-free.

Passengers with Padalarang – Tegalluar Summarecon PP route tickets will not receive Feeder Train facilities to and from Bandung Station.
However, passengers can still use other intermodal services from Padalarang Station. For example, the Greater Bandung Commuter Line, Trans Metro Pasundan 2D bus route, free shuttle to Kota Baru Parahyangan area, and free shuttle to Dusun Bambu area.
In particular, passengers with Tegalluar Summarecon – Padalarang tickets that exceed their travel distance, that is up to Halim Station, must pay a fine of 150% of the highest and highest rate. Fines will be paid at the Halim station counter together with a station official.
