An introduction to body karate fitness

As part of the Pink October campaign, the Karate-Do Chapellois club offered an internship to dare and try a martial arts discipline.

Wednesday evening, at the Aurélien-Hatton dojo, USC Karate-Do Chapellois offered the public the opportunity to discover the practice of body karate Fitness/cardio to music.

“Pink October is an opportunity to highlight and promote the different sporting disciplines that we offer,” says Arnaud Delas, president of the sports association.

As such, around ten people came to attend a one-hour session led by the assigned teacher.

Many benefits

Body karate fitness is a practice that combines karate techniques and music. It allows you to keep fit and stay healthy. It contributes, in particular, to muscle strengthening and helps improve the psychomotor skills of the body in space, the capacity of the cardiovascular system, the tone and flexibility of the muscle. It is a leisure practice which serves the practitioner, by introducing them to the martial art in a fun way.

Participation in this course was free. The winnings collected will be donated to the League Against Cancer.
