Day of the Dead – Train, bus and HÉV traffic schedule changes – Dunakanyar Region

During the grace holidays, the traffic schedule of trains, buses and HÉVs will change, MÁV Zrt told MTI on Wednesday.

According to the notice, the trains will run according to the schedule of Friday 31 October, Saturday 1 November, and a public holiday schedule on 2 November.

According to advance ticket purchase, budapest-Debrecen-Nyíregyháza, Budapest-Miskolc, Budapest-Debrecen-Nyíregyháza-Miskolc, Budapest-Nagykanizsa, Budapest-Keszthely, Budapest-Békéscsaba, Budapest-Cegz-On-Cegged Szombathely, Budapest lines -Zalaegerszeg, and Budapest-Pécs, the railway company starts the trains with several cars.

If possible, additional cars will be put into service in addition to those planned, if the need for passenger traffic and the amount of vehicles available make it possible, they said.

It was also announced that the intercity bus services will operate according to the timetable valid on 31 October, the last school holiday week, 1 November on a non-working day, and 2 November on a holiday -public days.

Department stores and shopping centers are closed on November 1, so the affected flights will also depart according to their holiday schedule.

In some cities, local flights may depart from the general traffic schedule, they wrote.

They also pointed out that until October 31, during the school holidays, the HÉV timetable valid on working days is valid. Until October 30, HÉV H9 will be replaced by a new bus between Cinkota and Csömör, while HÉV H8 will run according to a modified schedule.

On November 1, HÉV flights will run according to the schedule valid on public holidays, the news says.
