While they are currently promoting their joint album, GOAT, Niska at Ninho explained in an interview the demands of fame. They obviously returned to the details of their collaboration which resulted in the “GOAT” project certified as the best start in the world on Spotify, with 18,870 sales in the space of three days of operation.

The end of 2024 is marked by the seal of Ninho and Niska following the release of their participatory project, “GOAT”. During the promotion of their album, the two rappers, in an interview, described their journey, their friendship as well as their vision of the music industry. The title “COCO”, a real summer hit, considered a turning point, was driven by Ninho, reveals Niska.
“He sent me a chorus like that ‘Coco Chanel’ with vocals and everything. I said, ‘But that seems new.’
Charo adds his verse, which gives birth to one of the most essential pieces of playlists. They have been walking for a long time, they continue to do so today after spending their childhood in working-class neighborhoods. Today they enjoy enormous popularity, a place of choice in the French rap landscape. But it also forces them to review their way of life.
“Before always this thing of always feeling stuck. Then, after a certain age, you realize that it doesn’t even work anymore,” Niska reveals.
Star status, a hindrance?
“Even us, when we were hanging out, grown-ups who were our age when we were little, there weren’t too many. (…) They are even legends. We start talking about them in the past tense. There aren’t many left. Those who are there are those who did not fall into the right one. It’s not even that they’re not in the right place, they’re far away: kids, wife, work, you got it, project, you don’t have time to be there anymore,” they declare.
By having managed to realize their dreams, notably through work and perseverance, Ninho and Niska set themselves up as models for young people whom they encourage to believe in themselves, in their dreams and to never give up.
