The manufacturing, industrial and commercial hub will host start-ups specialized in the innovation of industrial processes, the Pelligra headquarters for the construction of the factories together with partners, a manufacturing area for food & beverage, one for the development of new technologies and one intended to logistics. The hub will allow small and medium-sized businesses in Southern Italy to access easily and at competitive costs an ideal industrial area for the production of agri-food products and for the development of new technologies. The Sicilian hub represents the first important investment in the long journey that the company is making in Italy.
In Australia, the group worked on the transformation of the Ford automotive factory in Melbourne into the Broadmeadows assembly plant in 2019, the construction of the Fortek Industrial Precinct, an industrial hub with highway access and port access in Geelong (west of Melbourne ) in 2023 and the Lionsgate Business Park, an industrial district that extends for 123 hectares north of the Australian city of Adelaide, detected in 2017.
