Our Institute takes out a specific policy to insure students and teaching and non-teaching staff.
Given the destination of this donation, families can take advantage of the tax deduction referred to in the art. 13 of L. 40/2007.
Pupils are insured for:
- CIVIL LIABILITY towards third parties, during school activities and during educational trips and visits (damage to people or things);
- PERSONAL INJURY starting from one hour before the start of lessons and up to one hour afterwards, also including outings for trips and educational visits, as well as gymnastic-sports activities (dental expenses, accident compensation, reimbursement of medical expenses, etc.).
The insurance starts from the first day of school and is renewed for each school year.
From 1 March 2021 all payments from private citizens to Public Administrations must be made through the platform PagoPA.
