Several structures now exchange information on traffic law violators.
In Ukraine, violators of movement legislation and military registration rules will be investigated. This was said by the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umerov.
According to him, now the TCC exchanges data with several law enforcement agencies and even intelligence agencies, which have more ways to track those who have not complied with the requirements of the law.
“The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved important changes to strengthen military records and monitor violations of the law. Now territorial recruitment centers, the Security Service of Ukraine, intelligence agencies and the National Police exchange data through an electronic system. This allows law enforcement officials to quickly and efficiently obtain information about violators and deliver them to the TCC or the appropriate authorities“, wrote Rustem Umerov on his Facebook page.
He said that such digitization will help in streamlining the recruitment work of the Defense Forces.
How these innovations will affect everyone responsible for military service – more about this in the comments for TSN.ua said the lawyer Romanian Simutinwhich is particularly relevant in cases of motion.
“Let me remind you of the cases when even those who have updated their military registration data are informed that violations of military registration rules have been identified. Now this will actually be displayed on the record of the law enforcement officer who will check the person’s documents. This can also shorten the time for the dissemination of data on restrictions on the right to drive transport. Now all this can happen very quickly”says Roman Simutin.
According to him, there are now possible situations when a person is stopped for violating traffic rules, is checked in the relevant databases and information is found that the driver violated the rules of military registration. Even if the policeman stands by and investigates without TCC staff.
“But in order to hold a person for committing an administrative violation, we need evidence of the commission of this violation. about the person who would stop him. .
“We can talk about moving more. .
At the same time, TSN.ua sources in the Defense Forces indicate that this strengthening with the participation of law enforcement agencies and intelligence services may be because the military understood that its own forces are not -live enough to make a move.
It was previously reported updating the data in the TCC was not enough.
