This office clears US travel transactions in advance, eliminating the need for long lines upon arrival in the United States, and ensuring a smooth and speedy journey for all travelers from Abu Dhabi. Dubai to the United States.

After working closely with US Customs and Border Protection, the new office went through a thorough inspection process to ensure compliance with all established protocols and the readiness of systems, equipment and personnel.

The office assists travelers with immigration checks and passport, customs clearance, and pre-agricultural supplies at Zayed International Airport prior to departure for the United States.

The office will adopt an advanced biometric technology platform, including facial recognition devices at boarding gates designated for Customs and Border Protection, as well as other supporting display devices to improve security levels and further increase efficiency.
