Supported by Senator Christine Lavarde (LR), this text is based on two components, slightly revised, concerning the financing of the regime and the prevention of natural risks. In public session, amendments clarified the “eco-PTZ prevention” and the packaging of MaPrimeRénov’. But the Senate returned to the extension of the “Barnier fund” to the RGA.
