07:11. US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin announced on Wednesday that North Korean troops in Russian uniforms and equipped with Russian military equipment are moving to the Kursk region of Russia near Ukraine. The minister explained what was happening as a dangerous and unstable development.

Austin spoke at a press conference alongside South Korean Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun amid growing concerns that up to 11,000 North Korean troops are stationed in Russia.
