The Municipality began a plan to remove abandoned vehicles, following a contravention act
The Municipality of Nueve de Julio, through the Undersecretary of Security and Traffic, began an important campaign to regularize the situation of vehicles in a state of abandonment on the city’s public roads, thus responding to a complaint and a concern of community residents.
The objective of the task is to organize public space and recover free parking spaces; promote hygiene, taking into account these disused goods that cause pollution; and preserve urban security, since these vehicles often threaten it.
In this context, the aforementioned portfolio, through the Municipal Urban Guard (GUM), launched an action plan to respond to a series of complaints from neighbors about cars in a state of abandonment on public roads; informing the owners through a verification report, where they are given the corresponding time to withdraw them.
Within the framework of this policy, this week, according to the local Municipality, they began to remove them, four vehicles, whose owners had been notified and continued in the same conditions and place, so the traffic inspectors, after the deadlines had expired, corresponding legal proceedings, carried out his kidnapping and drew up the corresponding contravention act.
