The elected governor of Jalisco, Pablo Lemus, announced a new part of his cabinet, which seeks to strengthen dialogue with other political forces and guarantee legal security of the state.
In this third block of his cabinet, he highlighted the confirmation of Salvador Zamora as Secretary General of the Government, who highlighted his previous experience as a civil servant. and asked him to maintain a close dialogue with the opposition parliamentary factions in the State Congress, as well as with the municipal presidents from all political parties: “I have asked him to take office as a local deputy, to remain as a legislator for a few weeks to get to know and build bridges with the deputies of the next legislature.”
Zamora mentioned his experience as a local deputy, federal legislator and mayor for two terms in the municipality of Tlajomulco de Zúñiga and that it was proposed to comply with practices of closeness and good governance with citizens. He mentioned that he will seek dialogue with all the political and social actors of the entity and that there be closeness with the citizens.

Patricia Ortega Híjar was appointed as head of the Public Registry of Property and Commerce, who said that they plan to guarantee the legal security of all citizens and focus on the peace of mind of Jalisco residents regarding their properties and assets and that they will seek to take advantage of technology to streamline procedures.

With this, he assured that all documents will be processed digitally and consists of three phases: The first include the implementation of digitalization processes and the third will begin in 2025, where they seek 100 percent of the registry to be electronic and be done from anywhere in the state. To do this, they have the support of the Ministry of Public Finance and federal institutions.
At the head of the State Statistical and Geographic Information Institute (IIEG) will be Abigail Rizo de la Torre, who has been coordinator of State Advisors. Finally, Francisco Ramírez Salcido, former interim mayor of Guadalajara, was presented as Undersecretary General of the State Government who will seek to have agreements for legal certainty in the state.
