Apple wanted to make this pre-Halloween week a week of revelations with one announcement per day, but this does not come without constraints for its partners. Thus, Amazon got confused and published on its site a table comparing the iMac 2024 to the Mac mini 2024 without the latter having been announced by Apple.
A mini Mac Studio
The visual published by Amazon shows the front of the Mac mini 2024, which would feature 2 USB-C ports on the front and a power button. A design that is greatly inspired by the Mac Studio, the larger version of the Mac mini.

Another clue to the design of this model is its size, since the Mac mini literally seems tiny next to the Mac Studio. This would also mean that the Mac mini 2024 would have a smaller footprint than previous versions since the M2 version case measures 19.7 cm side by 3.58 cm high, the Mac Studio having the same measurements for 9.5 cm high.
M4 Pro, 64 GB and 8 TB maximum
The arrival of the Mac Mini 2024 would also usher in the arrival of the M4 Pro which has not yet been made official. The latter would be equipped with a maximum of 14 CPU cores and 20 GPU cores and would be accompanied by a maximum of 64 GB of unified memory.
If we are to believe the table, a Mac mini in M4 is also planned and given the announcements made yesterday on the iMac M4, we can easily assume that the configuration will include an M4 accompanied by 16 GB of unified memory and very probably 256 GB of storage for the call model at 699 euros, if the price is unchanged.
Apple should make the Mac mini M4 official this Tuesday, October 29 at the end of the afternoon or the next day, unless the Apple brand decides to unveil the M4 MacBook Pros before.
