Sarah Bardin suffered a stroke (AVC) at 29 years old. This mother of twins took months before she could put on makeup without shaking. His stroke occurred three years ago. She was woken up in the middle of the night by terrible pain. Despite the emergency, it took four hours to be treated. A doctor mentioned an anxiety attack. At 29, who could have imagined she was having a stroke?

Sarah Bardin is not isolated, however. One in four women suffers a stroke in France. 18,200 die from it every year. Thirty-year-old Sarah Bardin was in a coma for several days. When she woke up, she could no longer walk, talk or feed herself. For two years, she had to relearn everything. Getting back up is the challenge for all stroke victims. Since her attack five days ago, a 65-year-old woman has felt trapped in her body. Victims require intense rehabilitation. Knowing more about stroke is already one way to fight it. Sarah Bardin thus published a book entitled Repairedin order to talk about it to avoid new victims.
