INSIGHTS
Let’s start from Genova.
The center-left candidate is at 50% with 154/964 sections scrutinized. Bucci is below, currently at 46%. On the party front, the Pd is ahead of everyone with 29.19%, then there is FdI with 12.93%.
A Imperia – and here the “historic” predominance of the center-right is confirmed – Bucci is at 62.36% (51/255 seats counted), Orlando at 33.49%. Here the gap from the first party (again the Democratic Party which is at 22.91%) is less marked than in Genoa: Forza Italia is in fact at 19.35%.
The other provinces
Less marked gap between the two contenders in La Spezia. Orlando is ahead with 49.1%, against Bucci’s 47.6%. Finally, in Savona, the mayor of Genoa clearly leads the former minister: Bucci is 53.5%, Orlando is 42.4%.
