MEDIA EVALUATION PrahAIN.cz follows the dance TV show StarDance … when the stars dance from the first episode in order of the thirteenth series. Since we do not want to put ourselves in the role of judges, experts, we focus especially on the details and the feeling left in us not only by the moderators Marek Eben and Tereza Kostková, but above all with the individual competitors.

The singer Ondřej Ruml dropped surprisingly last week. We wrotethat it was too nice and did not arouse emotion, which is behind any broadcast. He certainly didn’t expect to be eliminated.

In the second round, we remind you, on the first night jive, tango and waltz were danced, in the second installment the contestants started with waltz, samba and jive, and this time the director chose world hits from the 70s So, rumba, cha-cha and waltz set the pace.

However, the 1970s have already sounded once. The aforementioned Ondřej Ruml danced to Helena Vondráčková’s famous song Přejdi Jordán, written by lyricist Zdeněk Borovec. The song was first performed in 1968. Iconic, right? All film fans surely remember Irena Pavlásková’s Time of Servants, where Petr Kellner appears for a few seconds with Jitka Asterová and Karel Roden in one scene. A man whose work should not be overlooked, even if it seems to be very different recently. In this scene, the song Přejdi Jordán is heard.

Before we go into the individual pairings, let us remind you that our assessment will be about emotion, dialogues and the overall impact on the audience. We certainly don’t intend to evaluate attitude, steps, rhythm, feeling, we don’t want to. However, the rest.

It is clear from the first minutes that the familiar faces of the media have no problem with the cameras, they seem relaxed and fresh. Without a doubt, Lucie Vondráčková, Jana Paulová or Oskar Hes belong here. On the other hand, Marta Dancingerová, Filip Blažek and Jiří Ježek seem a little worried. We understand the latter, but not the rest.

Scoring

Martina Ptáčková, Dominik Vodička: Both seemed very natural, relaxed and fresh. In particular, the six-time world champion in kickboxing showed excellent breathing assets. She didn’t snort, which is a hindrance to several non-physicists who try to answer Mark Eben practically in syllables. The choreography seemed a little strange, but in general we were very pleased with how the athlete managed the cha-cha dance. It’s a shame that she didn’t make more use of her legs, which are very soft, and Roberto Carlos might even envy them. We give it a 6/10.

Jana Paulová, Robin Achráček: Irregularity on the floor. The actress not only looked good, but she moved very slowly, gracefully. She looked really nice. We noticed that she was wearing a blue dress, which means free spirit, and yet she kept to the beat. This time she was in the audience with her husband Milan Svoboda, a jazzman and conductor. At Paulová, elegance and relaxation were combined. We give it a 9/10.

Lucie Vondráčková, Lukáš Bartuněk: Rumba played by a young singer forever, it was like a pre-dance from the pros. Vondráčková has been moving like this for decades, you can see her. Body as if from parts, no wrinkles, defined muscles. In addition, she wore an amazing hippie outfit in which she looked like she used to at the Marmelade show. “What, what, what I like,” if we remember correctly. Although at the end she was talking a little philosophically about how long the time was, which would be more suitable for the Bat Club, but would be good otherwise. We give it 8/10.

Filip Blažek, Adriana Mašková: Matěj from Nesmrtláná tety is indeed a representative of the majority of Czech men. A little fat, rock and beer in the blood. At least that’s how it seems to us from the first part of the new series. Compared to the first scene, however, he relaxed a lot, although he hardly spoke because he was laughing and wiping his furrow. At first he seemed very strange and nonsensical, now he is more in his element. Both in the case of Lucie Vondráčková and in this case, the criticism came from the mouth of Tatiana Drexler. You could see that she touched the contestants. Which is perfectly fine. It’s a competition, not a variety show. We give it 5/10.

Patrik Hartl, Tereza Pruková: The waltz performed by the composer was better than Filip Blažek’s dance steps. Just like the last time, this time also the author of the novels Prvok, Šampón, Tečka and Karel och Gazely did not let his partner speak. We learned, however, that he was an outcast as a child, which is why he had no friends. And besides, he has been with his wife for three decades. The jury did not condemn. We give 6/10.

Jiří Ježek, Lenka Nora Návorková: The athlete looks great, works great, dances great, doesn’t blow. Plus, he’s obviously humble. Can’t fault anything. The human makeup of the show. We give it a 9/10.

Ta Thuy Dung, Jakub Mazuch: Visually the most successful show driven by AC/DC guitar riffs (Highway to Hell), but above all by the dancer Mazůch. His flexible legs and straight back are really first class, you can see a lot of him paying attention to every little thing. In addition, the approaching sight of American football brought to mind Sunday Night Football tomorrow. Although Tatiana Drexler was again heavily criticized, we give the overall performance an 8/10.

Marta Dancingerova, Martin Pragr: We think this pair is the dark horse of the tournament. Like the last time, Dancerová proved her talent, her strength in her legs and her desire to learn. She had a pleasant dress color and had a special energy. It’s just that John Lennon’s song Imagine didn’t go down well with us. Performance and performance of the evening for us: 10/10.

Oskar Hes, Kateřina Bartuněk Hrstková: Opposite Filip Blažek. It looked like an old Stradivarius. However, Hes has no emotional impact on us. 6.5/10.

The third evening, in which Jiří Ježek was eliminated, was completely dominated by Marek Eben. It was funny and quick. Tereza Kostková did not show much. We appreciate the most that criticism started following the example of Zdenek Chlopčík. This is the spice of everything. Although there were few negative comments, there will be more and more of them as time goes on.
