Hezbollah: The 25 Israeli settlements it targeted – Message also against the USA –

At a time when everyone’s eyes are on the next moves by Israel and Iran, there was a development which, if nothing else, shows a desire for escalation. Hezbollah, with a video released on social media, showed that it was ready to strike Israeli territory.

Specifically, the Lebanese organization warned residents of at least 25 communities in northern Israel to evacuate them immediately, saying they have become legitimate targets because Israeli soldiers are stationed there.

Hezbollah issued a similar warning to some communities in the occupied Golan Heights in a video posted on the Telegram messaging service.

Attack also against the USA for Israel’s strike on Iran

The Lebanese Shiite group, backed by Tehran, described the Israeli strikes on Iran as a “dangerous escalation”, stressing that Washington bears “full responsibility” for the attack launched by Israel, its ally.

“Hezbollah strongly condemns the treacherous Zionist attack against the Islamic Republic of Iraq and considers it a dangerous escalation for the entire region,” it said in its statement. The US, he added, “bears full responsibility for the massacres, tragedies and suffering” caused by Israel.

Earlier, Lebanon’s foreign minister also condemned the Israeli strikes, calling them “a violation of Iran’s national sovereignty and a serious threat to regional security.” At the same time, he called on the UN Security Council to “put an end to Israel’s military escalation” in the region.

An organization from Saudi Arabia announced an operation against Israel

In a massive escalation targeting Israel, the US and Saudi Arabia itself, a Shiite paramilitary group calling itself the “Islamic Resistance in the Land of the Two Holy Mosques” from Saudi Arabia has announced its first operation, in which it launched a non- manned aircraft targeting a “vital location in occupied Palestine”.

Saudi Arabia not only hosts US bases, but is a close ally of the US and before the war broke out it was ready to sign the recognition of Israel. Saudi Arabia has very strict laws, protests are prohibited and criticism of the crown through the press is punishable by execution (see the Khashoggi case), so an attack from Saudi Arabian soil on Israel is essentially Iranian involvement in Saudi Arabia’s internal affairs.

At the same time, he defies the very authority of Mohammed bin Salman, the so-called Saudi crown prince, who has assumed de facto power of the country from his father, who changed the line of succession.

Netanyahu and Herzog are on a different line

At the same time, an Israel Media article about the attack on Iran brought Netanyahu’s reaction. The particular publication claimed that the US chose the IDF strike.

“Israel pre-selects the targets of attacks based on national interests and not according to American orders. That’s how it was and that’s how it will be” the Israeli prime minister’s office said.

A little earlier, however, Israeli President Isaac Herzog hailed the US, Israel’s historic ally, for the “public and secret” cooperation between the two countries, after the Israeli strikes on Iran.

“I especially want to thank our great friend, the US, who is a true ally, and our public and secret cooperation”he said in a post on the X platform.
