Reason. First successful meeting of AIR 82 rope party

The AIR 82 (Aspiration, Information, Success) program aims to support middle school students who are involved in building their orientation project and to encourage their academic ambition. This study is done continuously and gradually, from the fourth grade to high school, or even higher education.

How does it work? The main element of this system is based on the formation of pairs made up of a first grade student from the Claude-Nougaro de Caussade secondary school in Monteils who becomes the teacher of a fourth grade student from the college Jean -Honoré Fragonard de Nègrepelisse or Pierre-Bayrou college in Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val. This partnership continues the following year when the students move to their final and third years respectively. So this day marked the time of the reunion of the old couples (finishes – thirds) and the meeting of the first meetings for the new couples (firsts – fourths) with a partially renewed team of referees. Audrey Lagouardille and Hélène Mathès take over from Hayet Hebbar and Rodrigue Moletta for the high school. The day started with a cohesion session with an introduction to climbing, led by Marc Villaroya, who also presented the role of a sports instructor. With climbing it was possible to establish and strengthen bonds of trust and support between the students. A theater workshop led by Sonia Richasse and Christelle Lafarge broke the ice and strengthened speaking skills. Enough to feel more comfortable for the oral exams, whether it is part of the continuous assessment, the national patent diploma, the French oral exam or the big oral exam. In the evening, Marion Brioudes, from the Montauban Chamber of Commerce and Industry, hosted a Trivial Quest on the topic of orientation. This was an opportunity to find professionals from all fields of activity. This first day was a success for the students, who are already looking forward to the next session.
