US Elections 2024: How Trump will … make America wise – The crescendo of the extreme right Tucker Carlson –

How much lower can the political life of the United States, especially the Republican Party, sink in the few days left until the presidential election?

That’s what I wondered while watching Donald Trump‘s campaign rally in the state of Georgia. I was not disgusted by Trump’s extreme – as usual – speech, but speech by former FoxNews anchor Tucker Carlsonwho “warmed up” the audience to welcome him like a dad who should spank his daughter in the rear to bring her to her senses.

We must not allow the system to win, Carlson said, urging citizens to vote out Kamala Harris, who “can’t change a tire on your truck, let alone drive it,” but “rose to the top of pyramid and gives you hints”. Allowing this would be like encouraging even more outrageous things, he added the far-right commentator who is a symbol of conservative America.

“If you let your two-year-old smear the contents of his diaper on the wall, if you let your 14-year-old light a cigarette at breakfast, if you let your 15-year-old daughter who is bursting with hormones bang on the bedroom door and point the finger at you , there will be more (worse) to come and these kids will need reform,” Carlson said and continued the crescendo as follows:

“There has to be the point where dad comes home. Dad comes home and is angry. He is not vindictive, he loves his children, however disobedient they may be. When dad comes home, do you know what he says? You were a bad girl. You were a bad little girl and now you’re going to get spanked. It won’t hurt me any more than it will hurt you. I won’t lie to you. You will hurt more. But you deserve this. I’m going to spank your behind because you were a bad girl and that’s the way it should be.”

“Sigmund Freud almost rose from his grave”

I quoted what Carlson said in detail so that you can understand why the audience shortly afterwards greeted Donald Trump with chants of “Daddy’s home.” Sigmund Freud almost rose from his grave, commented Guardian columnist and author Arwa Mahdawi.

Trump’s speech was a rebuke of his promises to stop rising inflation and the influx of criminals into the US while restoring the American dream very quickly. If anything goes down in history from the campaign rally in the city of Duluth, population 30,000, it will be Carlson’s crescendo.

With his show on FoxNews, Tucker Carlson had broken ratings records, but last year he was suddenly fired from the channel. Conservative analysts describe him as more Trumpian than Trump himself and believe he could claim a role in the country’s political life.
