Hakan Dinçyürek should resign to investigate the baby death scandal!

“THE MINISTER OF HEALTH HAKAN DİNÇYÜREK AND THOSE WHO ARE RESPONSIBLE SHOULD RESIGN IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THIS SCANDAL IS SAFELY INVESTIGATED”

The Chairman of the General Democracy Party (TDP) Zeki Çeler confirmed that the Minister of Health Hakan Dinçyürek and those responsible should resign immediately due to the scandal of the Neonatal Service of the Nicosia Emergency Hospital.

Çeler: There is weakness in the administration in this scandal!

Çeler pointed out the ongoing scandalous process in which 7 babies in the Neonatal Service of the Nicosia Emergency Hospital fell ill at the same time, 1 died and 6 were admitted, and stressed that the Minister should Hakan Dinçyürek to resign immediately.

Çeler said, “If 7 babies get sick at the same time in the Neonatal Intensive Care Service, one of them dies and 6 of them are admitted, there is definitely a weakness in the management . There is no other explanation for this. The phrase ‘investigation launched’ cannot delay his resignation. “Everyone who is responsible should be tried in the investigation that will be done safely after they retire,” he said.

“Families learned about the condition of babies from the media, this is another scandal.

Insisting that the scandal is a sad reflection of the administrative gap in the country, the lack of system and the deterioration of the state’s governance, Çeler noted that all the elements that caused the scandal to be published immediately and the process can not yet. being managed constitutes another serious aspect of the event.

Çeler said, “Families do not know what is happening; Leaving parents to learn about the condition of their babies from the media is another part of unforgivable carelessness and scandal. There is no explanation why families waiting at the hospital door can’t even find a contact person. Relevant authorities must provide information transparently to families and the public. We are following the developments closely. I pray for mercy for our baby who lost his life, I pray for strength for his grieving family and urgent health for those who were taken in. “Our hearts go out to all the families who are waiting for good news from their children,” he said.
