Monterrey, NL. Preparations to begin the first preliminary meetings for the review of the T-MEC began this Wednesday in Washington, reported the Ministry of Economy (SE).
The federal agency indicated through a message on the social network of Foreign Trade.
“Together they reviewed the details of the visit to Washington DC that will begin this Wednesday, with the aim of strengthening the North American region for the benefit of Mexico, the United States and Canada,” said the SE.
Separately, Vidal Llerenas, Undersecretary of Commerce and Industry, commented that the head of the SE, Marcelo Ebrard Casaubon, did not go to the capital of the American union.
“A dialogue process has already begun,” he said. “There is already a strategy, we are waiting for whoever wins (the presidency) in the United States, it will be one of the main tasks of the SE,” he said.
