Johanna Lieder, Marco Inverso’s companion, became the guild winner in the Bavarian painting and varnishing trade. Your boss is very happy about this. After all, he was also a guild winner himself.

Gauting – Johanna Lieder from Marco Inverso’s Gautinger master business on Buchendorfer Straße has just passed her journeyman’s exam with flying colors. “She not only earned a place at the top with outstanding performances, but also won the title of guild winner – an impressive success that underlines her dedication and talent.” With these words, the 33-year-old posted the happy news on Facebook made public, beautifully presented with a photo and a golden frame. Half Gauting congratulated. “This is called women’s power,” it said, among other things. And: “It also suggests an excellent trainer.” Or: “Congratulations, the craft can only stay alive through training.”

The training that the young woman completed in Gauting lasted three years. “I have a high school diploma, but I have always been very creative and loved doing handicrafts,” she tells Starnberger Merkur in an interview. After graduating from high school, she initially completed internships in various craft businesses, including in the electrical sector. Eventually she found her place in Marco Inverso’s painting business. “I was in really good hands,” says the 23-year-old. “Creative painting and designing with colors is simply the right thing for me, maybe even my calling.”

The master doesn’t skimp on praise for his super companion either. “Over the course of her three years of training, she acquired a clever mind,” he says. “From classic paints to decorative techniques to special coatings on facades: Johanna has proven to be extremely talented in every area.” Another focus of the training was color and design theory. The Fürstenfeldbruck resident not only mastered the technical implementation, but also demonstrated a great sense of aesthetics. “And in direct customer contact, she implemented their wishes perfectly,” says the master.

So it wasn’t a big surprise for Inverso when its talented trainee promptly won first place in the journeyman’s examination with practical execution of a painting job using smoothing and wiping techniques. In doing so, she prevailed against almost 80 trainees from two vocational schools. And her master was also honored for “outstanding achievements in vocational training”. No wonder: Inverso, who is also active in the Gauting fire department, was a brilliant guild winner himself 15 years ago after his own apprenticeship at “Höger und Eder” in Unterbrunn.

“I’ll stay in the industry,” promises Johanna Lieder. Since she doesn’t want to work on construction sites all her life, she’s now adding a master’s degree in paint and varnish technology to the mix. By the way, her favorite color: red. The color of the dress when she was acquitted was probably no coincidence. (cc)
