Juuso “Herbalisti” Karikuusi says he will stop making YouTube videos after 17 years. Henri Kärkkäinen

Herbalist, one of Finland’s most popular YouTube influencers, ie Juuso Karikuusi30, says he will stop using the tube. Karikuusi announced it on social media on Friday.

Karikuusi has been making YouTube videos for 17 years.

– I have been producing videos for tube for about 11 years now and I want to spend my time on other things. Time will tell what those new things are in terms of work and creativity, Karikuusi writes on Instagram.

– I am so immensely grateful for these years, numerous encounters, experiences and the creative freedom that I have held on to until the end. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of this adventure in any way.

– This will be a huge change and a certain kind of saga in my life will come to an end. However, I’m not shutting down other social media, and I’m also not promising that I’ll never make videos on YouTube again, but this is where making my own content on YouTube ends.

Karikuusi says that he will publish a few more videos on YouTube before stopping.

Karikuuse has 537 thousand subscribers on his Herbalisti YouTube channel. 277 thousand users follow him on Instagram, 214 thousand on Tiktok.
