For fans of the Notion app: a special email service for the application will be launched!

Notion announced an email client at its first “Make with Notion” user conference. Notion Mail is still in the preview stage, and is closer to Gmail than a traditional email service. The idea here, Notion says, is to build an email experience that allows users to “give up the old ways of a rigid inbox and embrace a new way: where email work for you and your workflow.”

However, there is still the question of when Notion Mail will be launched. The company only promises “coming soon” at this point, but there is a waiting list to get in early.

There are two parts to the AI Notion integration here, which automatically organizes emails using the AI router as a type of automatic filter, as well as the ability to allow AI Notion to register and handle the follow-up, with the first aspect aimed. has been categorizing recruitment emails by subject, and the second focuses on email messages that include scheduling appointments and follow up messages, such as the company says, but this depends on application and experience.

One of the interesting features that Notion Mail offers is that it not only allows you to use different filters, but it also allows you to prioritize emails within those filtered views. On the other hand, Gmail only offers a Priority Inbox view in the main inbox, but when you go into any of its basic categories like Forums, Updates, or Social Media, your only option is the reverse timeline view.

Another integration worth noting is with Notion Calendar, where users will be able to add a subscription button to their emails that links directly to their calendars and availability.
