Yin Tongyue, chairman of Chinese carmaker Chery, emphasized the transformative potential of AI in the automobile industry, stating, "From developing talking vehicles to cars that can speak foreign languages for the overseas market, and now the humanized intelligent cockpit system, Chery is embracing the AI boom."

The burgeoning AI industry in China has now grown to over 4,500 companies, with its core AI sector reaching a staggering size of 578 billion yuan (approximately $81.3 billion) in 2023, marking a remarkable 13.9 percent growth year-on-year.
