Jon was born and raised in North America and joined the BMW Group in 2007. Since then, he has held various management positions in parts logistics and property services. In 2015, he took up his first international role as After Sales Director for Northern Europe, based in Stockholm, Sweden.

In 2018 he entered Rolls-Royce Motor Cars at Goodwood (England) as Global Head of Property Services, responsible for all aspects of the customer experience after purchase. During his tenure at Goodwood, Jon established strong personal relationships with distribution partners and valued customers around the world.

It has transformed the global ownership experience through a number of initiatives, including the establishment of a state-of-the-art parts distribution network that ensures uninterrupted support service for customers worldwide. He also pioneered the brand’s first extended ownership program.

Jon also expanded the brand’s accessories business, strengthening the relationship between the world’s leading luxury brand and its dedicated customers.

Jon Colbeth replaces Martin Fritscheswho will leave Rolls-Royce Motor Cars North America to take up a new role within the BMW Group. Before joining Rolls-Royce, Martin held a number of senior positions at the BMW Group worldwide. During his six years of management, Rolls-Royce North America has consistently grown and created value in the region, consolidating its position as the largest global market for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars.
