Poll: Rise for PASOK – First problem is “accuracy” –

The new poll by Metron Analysis on behalf of Mega captures how political associations are formed.

The re-election of Nikos Androulakis to the leadership of PASOK seems to strengthen the party according to opinion polls, which reaches 20%, while the difference with New Democracy has fallen below 10%, which gathers 29.1% from 29.8%.

An important finding of the poll, however, is that citizens still believe that things are going in the wrong direction. In fact, that’s what 68% of respondents believe, compared to just 25% who say they’re going in the right direction.

Vote estimation

According to the poll, New Democracy receives 29.1% of the vote, PASOK jumps to 19.8%, followed by Hellenic Solution with 9%, KKE with 8.9%, SYRIZA in fifth place with 8.7% , Victory 2.4%, Spartans 1.6%, Freedom Sailing 5.3%, MeRA25 1.8%, New Left 4%, Voice of Reason 4.5%, Patriots 1% and the rest collect 3.9%.

In the vote intention, New Democracy gets 22.5%, PASOK 15.3%, Hellenic Solution 7%, KKE 6.9%, SYRIZA 6.8%, Freedom Movement 4.1%, New Left 3.1%, Voice of Reason 3.5%, Victory 1.9%, MeRA25 1.4% and Spartans 1.3%

Popularity of political leaders

In terms of popularity, i.e. positive opinions, at the moment the most popular politician is Nikos Androulakis, since he gathers 41%, which means that the whole process of electing a president in PASOK allowed him to communicate more with the wider public opinion. He is followed anyway high in popularity with 38%, Zoe Konstantopoulou at 37%, while Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis is in fourth place with 36%.

In the question about the next prime minister, Kyriakos Mitsotakis has a percentage of 29%. Nikos Androulakis shares second place with Kyriakos Velopoulos and 6%, with Dimitris Koutsoubas and Zoe Konstantopoulou at 4% and Dimitris Koutsoubas at 3%.
