Track cyclist Lauriane Genest will train at the Bromont velodrome starting in November.
According to Radio-Canada Sports, the athlete is moving from Milton, Ontario to Bromont.
During the most recent Olympic Games in Paris, she returned home empty-handed after an 8th place in the team sprint and a quick elimination in the individual sprint.
Moreover, she did not participate in the recent track cycling world championships.
In an interview with the state-owned company, she believes that a new work environment will help her rediscover the feeling of surpassing herself in her sport at the start of the next Olympic cycle.
