The Municipality of Cerveteri intends to carry out a market consultation, aimed at direct assignment, pursuant to art. 50, paragraph 1, letter b) of Legislative Decree 36/2023, of the assistance, consultancy and insurance brokerage service serving the municipal administration for the period 1/12/2024 – 30/11/2028.
The estimated economic value of the contract is equal to €9,832.61 per year determined as reported in par. 1.3 (Calculation of the amounts for the acquisition of services) and art. 4 (Fee for the service) of the Specifications (Annex A). The person entrusted with the service will be remunerated directly by the insurance companies, no direct financial burden, neither present nor future, for compensation, reimbursements and the like will be borne by the Municipality of Cerveteri.
The duration of the service is established as 48 (forty-eight) months, starting from 01/12/2024. The start of the execution of the contract may take place, even urgently, pursuant to art. 50, paragraph 6 of Legislative Decree 36/2023, pending the stipulation of the contract.
Based on this notice, anyone interested in submitting their estimate will be able to do so within the terms set out in this notice and the tender specifications.
The assignment will take place, via NET4MARKET, to the economic operator who has presented the most convenient estimate for the Administration. The presentation of estimates therefore requires the necessary registration in the supplier register of the Municipality of Cerveteri (platform
NET4MARKET) by the economic operator.
