Despite the efforts being made for Sinuar’s death to function as a decompression valve for Israel’s aggression, such a thing is not visible on the horizon. Benjamin Netanyahu, after the drone attack on his home, says he is determined to go all the way.
The Israeli prime minister said the attempt by the pro-Iranian Hezbollah group to assassinate him and his wife today was a “serious mistake”. In fact, it also sent a clear message to Iran and its allies.
“The allies of Iran who tried to assassinate me and my wife today made a grave mistake,” Netanyahu said in a statement. “I say to the Iranians and their partners in the axis of evil: anyone who harms Israeli citizens will pay a high price,” he added.
None of the groups that have been firing on Israel over the past year, including the Iranian-backed Hezbollah, have claimed responsibility for the attack.
Israeli leveling strikes in Lebanon
Shortly after the strike, the Israeli military issued a statement saying it had launched a new wave of attacks in the southern suburbs of the Lebanese capital, Beirut. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) says its air force targeted Hezbollah weapons storage facilities and the command center of the intelligence headquarters in Dahiye.
“Prior to the attack, several measures were taken to mitigate the risk of civilian casualties,” they added, including issuing an evacuation warning in advance. Damage and losses from the impact are still being assessed, but at least one high-rise building has been completely destroyed.
Israel air force post
Fighter jets attacked a short time ago, under the precise intelligence guidance of the Intelligence Division, a number of weapons warehouses and the headquarters of the intelligence headquarters of the terrorist organization Hezbollah in Da’ha in Beirut.
Before the attack, many steps were taken to reduce the chance of harming civilians, including advance warnings to the population in the area.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) say they have destroyed tunnels used by Hezbollah’s elite Radwan forces, using “more than 100 tons of explosive materials.”
According to the Israeli military, its ground forces in southern Lebanon have demolished more than 50 tunnel shafts and underground infrastructure “in mosques, schools and other civilian buildings” and killed “many terrorists”. Hezbollah has yet to comment.
Leaflets of dead Sinwar in Gaza
At the same time, as reported by Reuters, Israeli aircraft dropped leaflets over southern Gaza on Saturday. They depicted the lifeless body of the dead Hamas leader Yahya Shinuwar with the message that “Hamas will no longer rule Gaza.”
The message went on to say: “Whoever lays down the weapon and surrenders the hostages will be allowed to go and live in peace.” Of course, both phrases are excerpts from Netanyahu’s statements after Sinuar’s death.
The IDF dropped leaflets in Gaza with this message: «Sinwar ruined your lives, he hid in a dark den and was killed when he fled in panic. Erdogan is adding more fuel to the fire
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan expressed his condolences for the death of the head of the Hamas Political Bureau, Gahia Sinuar, who was killed in a clash with the Israeli army in Gaza.
Speaking at an event with community leaders from across Turkey, President Erdogan continued his aggressive rhetoric against Israel and Netanyahu, saying: “theWords are no longer enough to describe the carnage that has been going on in Gaza for a year and that spread to Lebanon last month. The USA, Europe and the UN have become playthings in the hands of the criminal called Netanyahu. The West remains silent in the face of the Israeli genocide. The killer of 50 thousand innocents is Israel’s illegal occupation forces, but those who unconditionally support the Israeli government are also complicit in this massacre”.
Turning his arrows also inside Turkey and referring to the mass protests of citizens of 2013, which became known “gezi park episodes”said that “we could not see any of those who camped in Taksim for a month during the Gezi events protesting about Palestine and Lebanon”.
“As Turkey, we are the enemy of the oppressor and the protector of the oppressed. We stand with the Palestinian people in their struggle for dignity and freedom against the network of genocide” said the Turkish president and added: “I salute all the heroes of the Palestinian resistance and wish God’s mercy on the recently martyred leader of Hamas, Gahia Sinwar.”
