/ world today news/ Russia‘s ambassador to the United States, Anatoly Antonov, said that the United States is sending large quantities of weapons to Ukraine – from light weapons to the currently discussed military aircraft, despite its constant claims that it does not want to defeat Russia at a strategic level, RIA reported News on April 27.
According to Antonov, the West is doing everything possible to keep the war with Russia in Europe, and the USA – outside it. He expressed hope that communication between Russia and the US would remain open.
