What happened in the Sprint of the Austin GP with the no-rules fight between the two Ferraris of Carlos Sainz who was second, and Charles Leclerc who finished 4th. Max Verstappen returned to success in front. How the driver and constructor rankings change
Formula 1 is back and it’s an instant show at COTA. They thought about it Ferrari of a wild one Carlos Sainz e Charles Leclerc to make one pyrotechnic Sprint lived with my heart in my throat with many overtakings in the top positions. All the while Max Verstappen he flew towards a return to victory, thus extending his lead by two points Lando Norris in the rankings.
Sprint Gp Austin: Sainz out of Ferrari is aggressive, Leclerc surprised
The fight at Ferrari in the very early stages of Austin Sprint won by Verstappen it was certainly interesting as a show and more. Carlos Sainz he was aggressive from the first corners against a Charles Leclerc who thought more about managing the tyre. The Spaniard attacked his teammate without hesitation several times, almost coming close to contact. No team order came from the Ferrari pit wall and so Sainz went down hard on it, also knowing that he would have to leave Maranello at the end of the season and therefore without having to do any teamwork, thinking only of himself. And he was right since also thanks to that overtaking on Leclerc which was then replicated on Russell he gave the possibility of passing on the last lap Lando Norris taking a great second place.
